- En cas d’annulation 2 semaines avant la réservation, il y a 25% du montant qui est dû (remboursement à 25% ou crédit de 25%)
- En cas d’annulation 1 semaine avant la réservation, il y a 50% du montant qui est dû (remboursement à 50% ou crédit de 50%)
- En cas d’annulation la veille ou le jour même avant la réservation, il y a 100% du montant qui est dû.
- In case of cancellation 3 weeks prior to the reservation, there is no charge (100% refund or credit)
- In case of cancellation 2 weeks prior to the reservation, 25% of the amount is due (25% refund or 25% credit)
- In case of cancellation 1 week before the reservation, 50% of the amount is due (50% refund or 50% credit).
- In case of cancellation the day before or on the day of the reservation, 100% of the amount is due.
